About
What Sort of Worship?
We understand that not everyone connects with the same style of worship.
The Anglican Church has a long tradition of combining the Scriptures, collective prayers and hymns to praise God together. For many, this style of worship offers an opportunity to connect to the beauty and reverence of our Christian heritage. Typically, our Sunday morning services are of this traditional style.
For others, a more relaxed and modern style of worship is the right environment to connect with God. Today, many people are less familiar with the more formal approach to church worship and are not sure what to do. This can be especially the case if you are looking for something that caters to different age groups. If this sounds like you, perhaps you might want to check out Messy Church!
Messy Church is held on the first Saturday of each month from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Messy church is a time when people of all ages come together to enjoy being together, making things together, eating together, and celebrating God through Scripture, through music and through prayer.
Fifth Sunday
Where there is a 5th Sunday in the month; only one service is held at one of our centres. This allows us to get together and celebrate as a Parish Family. This service is held at 10.00am and is usually followed by some sort of shared meal.
